- Oversee and manage the delivery function for all company stores
Forecast delivery volumes, by analyzing historical deliveries and budgets, to plan team size and staffing schedules for restaurants - Ensure timely delivery by effective scheduling and optimizing delivery routes
- Ensure proper handling of food and beverages during the delivery process to maintain high hygiene standards Develop best practices in delivery services such as maintaining customer database
- Ensure proper maintenance of equipment and vehicles used in the delivery function Manage the distribution of menus to maximize revenues
- Record and provide customer feedback to relevant managers at the concept
A bachelor's degree in a business-related field.Experience in delivery/ home delivery Good computer skills and the ability to use business support software.Strong customer service, project management, and quality control skills.Good resource planning skills.Excellent leadership and customer service skills.Strong teamwork skills and attention to detail.Minimum 10 to 15 years of experience in job field including more than 5 years in a similar position (senior manager level)
