  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within targeted markets and industries.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to design and propose tailored solutions that meet client needs.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling technical presentations and proposals to stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform business development strategies.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients and partners.
  • Track and report on sales metrics, pipeline development, and business growth initiatives.
  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking activities to enhance company visibility.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product and service improvements.
  • Support the implementation and onboarding of new clients to ensure successful project delivery.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.4-8 years of experience in business development, sales engineering, or a related role.Must have a car and valid drivers license.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.Strong technical background with the ability to understand and communicate complex solutions.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Demonstrated negotiation and contract management skills.Experience with market research and competitive analysis.Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and Autocad.Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events.
