Property Consultant- Real Estate

  • Make his role as a sales call, follow up with clients, make sights visits, meetings with developers and reservations units.
  • Privet ads on social media on behave of our company to generate potential clients.
  • Help clients buy or sell properties.
  • Visiting clients and going on site visits.
  • Answering client questions and handling objections.
  • Supporting team members especially his partner.
  • Representing the company in his appearance and behavior.
  • Write all feedback on CRM in Arabic or English language.
  • Follow his team leader plan to achieve sales goals & team goals.

• Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar sales role (1–3 years minimum).• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.• Good knowledge of the real estate market, trends, and competitors.• Presentable, professional, and customer-oriented.• Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.• Strong organizational and time-management skills.• Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written).• Owning a car is a plus.
