Role Summary:
We are seeking a BIM-focused architect with 2–5 years experience. You’ll develop models, produce drawings, and coordinate with other disciplines under the BIM Manager’s & Seniors’ guidance. Interest in AI tools to enhance productivity is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and update BIM models and drawings.
- Assist in design development and documentation.
- Support coordination with MEP/Structural disciplines.
- Apply BIM standards and contribute to quality checks and troubleshooting.
- Explore AI tools / Dynamo / Plugins for modelling and repetitive tasks.
Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or equivalent.2–5 years of experience in architectural/BIM projects.Strong Revit skills and BIM workflow knowledge.Team player with good communication skills.Self-motivated and proactive approach to problem-solving.AI interest is a plus.What We Offer:Mentorship from BIM Manager and BIM Lead.Exposure to healthcare and complex projects.Hybrid work options in the future.
