Civil Engineer – Road Construction / Site Execution (Site-Based)
Location: New Cairo 

 

Job Purpose:
Ensure the successful execution of road construction projects by managing all on-site activities, coordinating with consultants and subcontractors, and presenting the company professionally.

Roles & Responsibilities:Supervise and manage all on-site civil works related to road construction.Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution.Prepare and review daily/weekly progress reports.Ensure adherence to project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.Handle on-site challenges effectively and provide timely solutions.Represent the company professionally in front of consultants and stakeholders.Minimum Qualifications & Requirements:Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.Experience: 4–5 years in road construction or site execution.Language: Very good command of English.Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management software.Other Requirements: Strong knowledge of road construction processes, materials, and equipment.Personal Attributes:Highly presentable and professional in appearance and behavior.Excellent social and communication skills; able to interact confidently with consultants and teams.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Ability to manage multiple tasks on-site and handle pressure.Team-oriented, proactive, and able to represent the company in a positive light.
