Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in human resources management or a related field.Demonstrated expertise in HR operations, employee relations, and talent management.Proven ability to lead and develop HR teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.Experience designing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs.Analytical mindset with proficiency in HR metrics and reporting.Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.Willingness to work onsite (office-based arrangement) as required.
