- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for blue-collar and white-collar roles.
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and recruitment agencies.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Prepare job descriptions and post job advertisements.
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports.
- Support employer branding initiatives to attract qualified candidates.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Collaborate with HR team on workforce planning and onboarding.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field.1–2 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the industrial/manufacturing sector.Knowledge of recruitment tools, social media sourcing, and ATS systems.Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Fluent in English.
