Regional Sales Manager

  • Managing customer pipeline and building prospect customer listing to achieve annual sales targets
  • Plan & arrange participation in international fair to raise brand awareness
  • Confer with potential customers regarding equipment needs and advise customers on types of equipment to purchase.
  • Determine price schedules and discount rates for each product line.
  • Direct and coordinate activities involving sales of products including assigning individual sales objectives and targets
  • Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts.
  • Oversee regional and local sales managers and their staff and monitor team performance on target achievement
  • Plan and direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and service programs.
  • Prepare budgets and approve budget expenditures.
  • Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.
  • Review operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability.

College degree or higher in dentistry.Ability to give full attention to what other people are saying, to be aware of others' reactions and understanding why they react as they do, and to persuade others to change their minds or behavior.Have highly developed communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information. Should exhibit strong customer service skills
