- Develop, implement, and monitor Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies and procedures in alignment with local and international standards.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and safety audits across production and packaging facilities to identify hazards and ensure compliance.
- Lead incident investigations, analyze root causes, and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Deliver HSE training and awareness programs for employees at all levels to foster a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 22000, ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001, HACCP, ISO 14001, and other relevant certifications and standards.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices in occupational health and safety.
- Monitor and report on environmental performance, including waste management, pollution control, and resource conservation initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records of safety incidents, inspections, and corrective actions for internal and external audits.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities and ensure timely submission of required documentation and reports.
- Promote continuous improvement in HSE performance through proactive initiatives and employee engagement.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.2-3 years of proven experience in an HSE role within a manufacturing or industrial environment.Strong knowledge of local and international HSE regulations, standards, and best practices.Experience with ISO 22000, ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001, HACCP, and ISO 14001 compliance.Demonstrated ability to conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and incident investigations.Excellent communication and training skills to effectively engage employees at all levels.Proficiency in preparing HSE reports, documentation, and presentations.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Attention to detail and a proactive approach to safety management.
