- Conduct scheduled and surprise stock audits across retail outlets and warehouses.
- Reconcile physical stock with system records using Odoo ERP or similar platforms.
- Analyze inventory variances and investigate the root causes of discrepancies.
- Monitor and report on stock movement, shrinkage, and obsolete items.
- Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, and finance teams to plan and resolve audit issues.
- Develop and deliver audit reports with findings and actionable recommendations.
- Assist in implementing internal controls and best practices for inventory management.
- Train and support staff in inventory control procedures and Odoo ERP usage.
Experience: 5–7 years in stock control, inventory auditing, or retail operations.Technical Skills: Proven experience with Odoo ERP (required), strong proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.Solid understanding of retail supply chain, warehousing, and inventory processes.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred). Preferred:Experience in a multi-branch retail environment.Experience in Clothes field . Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines.
