- Develop, optimize, and maintain SMT (Surface Mount Technology) processes for the assembly of electronic components in lighting and electrical products.
- Monitor and analyze SMT production lines to ensure high-quality output and adherence to manufacturing standards.
- Troubleshoot process issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime and improve yield.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, quality, and production to introduce new products and process improvements.
- Create and update process documentation, work instructions, and standard operating procedures for SMT operations.
- Conduct root cause analysis for defects and implement preventive measures to enhance product reliability.
- Train and support production staff on SMT equipment operation, process changes, and best practices.
- Evaluate and recommend new equipment, materials, and technologies to enhance SMT line efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements in all SMT processes.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma projects.
Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.1-3 years of hands-on experience in SMT process engineering or electronics manufacturing.Strong understanding of SMT assembly processes, equipment, and materials.Experience with process optimization, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.Familiarity with quality control methodologies and manufacturing standards.Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and assembly instructions.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong communication and teamwork abilities.Proficiency with MS Office and manufacturing software tools.Willingness to work onsite in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
