Job Summary: The Financial Analyst will be responsible for providing insightful financial analysis to support strategic decision-making. And the candidate will provide a direct support to a well reputable Saudi Affiliated Chartered Accounting and Auditing Company. This role involves developing financial models, conducting variance analysis, and preparing forecasts and budgets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and valuation.
- Prepare detailed financial reports, presentations, and dashboards for management.
- Perform variance analysis (actual vs. budget, actual vs. forecast) and provide explanations for discrepancies.
- Assist in the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes.
- Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
- Support investment analysis, capital expenditure evaluation, and other ad-hoc financial projects.
- Research and analyze financial data, market trends, and economic conditions.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather financial data and insights.
- Present financial findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field. Master's degree is a plus.Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or investment banking.Proven experience in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting.Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with financial planning software (e.g., Hyperion, Anaplan) is a plus.Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to non-financial audiences.Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.Related Certificates (Preferred):Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) - Level I, II, or III candidate/holderCertified Public Accountant (CPA) - if applicable based on regional standardsFinancial Modeling & Valuation Analyst (FMVA)Certified Management Accountant (CMA)
