We’re looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our engineering team at Fruitful Solutions. We are developing solutions in Industry 4.0, smart manufacturing, and product innovation.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in mechanical design who enjoys problem-solving, hands-on prototyping, and working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. As part of a small team, you’ll play a key role in turning ideas into functional, manufacturable products — and you’ll learn a lot along the way.

 

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop mechanical components, assemblies, and systems using SOIDWORKS

• Participate in the full product development cycle: concept, design, prototyping, testing, and refinement

• Translate functional requirements into practical, manufacturable designs

• Conduct basic mechanical analysis and design validation

• Communicate clearly with team members, suppliers, and partners

• Create and maintain detailed technical drawings and documentation

• Contribute to design reviews and suggest improvements based on feedback

• Continuously improve designs based on testing, usability, and manufacturing constraints
