- Design, develop, and implement comprehensive training programs tailored to the needs of production, quality, and support staff.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and recommend targeted learning solutions.
- Facilitate engaging in-person training sessions, workshops, and on-the-job coaching for employees at all levels.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with department heads to align training objectives with organizational goals and production requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and employee progress.
- Update and revise training materials to reflect industry best practices, safety standards, and company policies.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires by delivering orientation and job-specific training.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the organization.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements in all training content and delivery.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.1-3 years of experience in training, learning and development, or a similar role within a manufacturing or industrial environment.Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.Ability to assess training needs and develop effective learning solutions.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and learning management systems (LMS).Strong organizational and time management abilities.Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate training records.
