5 years of work experience in similar role, preferably who has Manufacturing Background and good knowledge with PLM concept.Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.Proven experience as a Solution Architect, Software Architect, or Technical Lead.Experienced in web application development skills; Java, JPO, EJB, J2EE, Apache Tomcat is preferred.Strong knowledge of enterprise systems, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), and integration methods (APIs, microservices, SOA).Familiarity with databases, networking, cybersecurity, and infrastructure.Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.Ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Knowledge of project management and Agile methodologies is a plus..Personal Competencies:Strategic thinker with attention to detail.Strong leadership and decision-making ability.Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for business stakeholders.Adaptability to fast-changing technologies and business needs.
