Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute annual trade marketing plans aligned with brand and sales objectives.
Identify key channels, markets, and customer segments for trade-focused activities.
Manage trade marketing budgets and allocate resources efficiently.
Campaigns & Promotions
Plan, coordinate, and evaluate in-store promotions, product launches, and events.
Ensure all trade marketing materials (POS displays, signage, promotional tools) are aligned with brand guidelines.
Track the performance of trade promotions and recommend improvements.
Market Insights & Analysis
Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
Monitor and report on sales performance by channel and promotion effectiveness.
Provide actionable insights to marketing and sales teams to optimize channel strategies.
Relationship Management
Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and distribution partners to ensure seamless execution.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail accounts and distributors.
Provide training and support to sales teams and partners on trade programs and brand standards.
Brand & Visual Merchandising
Oversee the development and placement of point-of-sale materials and displays.
Ensure consistency of brand presence across all retail touchpoints.
Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.10+ years of experience in trade marketing, brand marketing, or sales within Cosmetics or pharma sectors.Strong analytical skills and experience with market data and sales performance tracking.Excellent project management, communication, and negotiation skills.Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and external partners.Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of retail analytics tools is a plus.
