Airport Representative

  • Welcome and assist arriving and departing guests at the airport, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience.
  • Coordinate with drivers, guides, and other team members to facilitate seamless airport transfers.
  • Handle guest inquiries, provide information about local attractions, and address any concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Assist guests with immigration, customs, and baggage procedures as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of arrivals, departures, and guest preferences.
  • Communicate effectively with tour operators, hotels, and other partners to ensure timely service delivery.
  • Resolve unexpected issues or emergencies with composure and efficiency.
  • Represent Cleopatra Travel with professionalism and uphold the company’s reputation for excellence.
  • Collect feedback from guests to help improve service quality.
  • Ensure compliance with airport regulations and Cleopatra Travel’s operational standards.

Minimum of 2 year of experience in a customer service or hospitality role, preferably in the travel or tourism industry.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by flight schedules.Professional appearance and demeanor.Proficiency in English; additional languages such as Arabic or other major languages are a plus.Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure.Familiarity with airport procedures and protocols.Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.Willingness to work on-site at the airport.
