Finance Team Leader

Responsibilities:

 

Financial Operations & Reporting

  • Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes, ensuring all financial data is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Prepare and review key financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections.
  • Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.

Budgeting & Forecasting

  • Assist the Finance Manager in developing annual budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Monitor departmental spending and provide regular reports to management, highlighting any deviations from the budget.
  • Analyze market trends and financial data to support strategic business decisions.

 

Compliance & Internal Control

  • Ensure all financial transactions comply with local regulations and internal company policies.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and internal teams to facilitate a smooth auditing process.

A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.From 6 - 8  years of professional experience in an accounting or finance role, with 2 years in a managerial position.
