Oversee daily mall operations, including security, housekeeping, maintenance, and customer service.
Manage tenant relationships, handle concerns, and ensure compliance with lease agreements.
Develop and implement marketing, events, and promotional activities to increase footfall and enhance customer experience.
Monitor financial performance, budgets, and cost controls.
Ensure health, safety, and legal compliance across all mall operations.
Lead and motivate the mall team to deliver exceptional standards of service.
Prepare regular performance and occupancy reports for senior management.
Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).Proven experience (5+ years) in retail property management, mall operations, or hospitality management.Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.Commercial acumen with the ability to drive revenue and control costs.Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
