Minimum of 5 year and up to 5 years of proven experience in IT support, systems administration, or a related field.Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and networking concepts.Experience with operating systems such as Windows, macOS, and Linux.Familiarity with cloud services, virtualization, and remote desktop solutions.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a detail-oriented mindset.Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.Understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.Experience with backup, recovery, and disaster recovery planning.Willingness to work onsite and provide hands-on support as needed.
