- Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with company goals.
- Forecast demand and plan capacity to meet customer and market requirements.
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and reliability.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Oversee inventory control processes to optimize stock levels and reduce excess/obsolete inventory.
- Monitor material flow to ensure uninterrupted production and delivery.
- Manage transportation, warehousing, and distribution activities for cost efficiency and on-time delivery.
- Optimize logistics routes and reduce shipping costs.
- Monitor KPIs and analyze data to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Lead, mentor, and develop supply chain team members.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and regulatory requirements.
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree or professional certification (CSCP, CPSM, CPIM) is a strong plus.Minimum 10- 15 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in food manufactory industry.Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and supply chain best practices.
