1-5 years of proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.Professional appearance and demeanor with a customer-oriented attitude.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment.Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, office-based environment.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with diverse groups of people.Flexibility to support occasional extended hours or special events as required.
