*Develop, monitor, and update production schedules in line with customer orders and business priorities.
*Coordinate with procurement, production, maintenance, and supply chain teams to ensure material and resource availability.
*Analyze plant capacity, bottlenecks, and resource utilization to optimize production efficiency.
*Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans, and monitor adherence to schedules.
*Track material requirements (MRP) and ensure timely availability of raw materials and components.
*Monitor production (OEE, lead time, capacity utilization, downtime) and report variances.
*Assist in demand forecasting, sales & operations planning (S&OP), and inventory management.
*Identify risks in production plans and recommend corrective/preventive actions.
*Support cost reduction initiatives by improving planning processes and reducing waste.
*Prepare progress reports, dashboards, and performance analysis for management review.
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Production, or Manufacturing Engineering.Proven experience in production planning, scheduling, or supply chain within a manufacturing environment.Strong knowledge of production processes, lean manufacturing, and capacity planning.Proficiency in planning/ERP tools and MS Excel.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Excellent communication and coordination abilities across departments.Ability to work in fast-paced environments with strict deadlines.
