- Manage product listings, images, descriptions, and content across e-commerce platforms.
- Implement online promotional campaigns in coordination with marketing and sales.
- Ensure brand consistency in online storefronts, banners, and digital activations.
- Track performance metrics (traffic, conversion, sales uplift, ROI) and optimize campaigns.
- Monitor competitor activities and pricing on e-commerce channels.
- Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Key Account teams to align strategies across offline and online channels.
- Liaise with e-commerce partners, retailers, and agencies for campaign execution.
- Prepare regular reports on trade communication effectiveness and e-commerce performance.
- Coordinate with suppliers and agencies for production and timely delivery of materials.
- Conduct trade visits to monitor visibility, execution, and competitor activity.
FMCG background is a must.1-3 years of experience in same field.Strong organizational skills and ability to manage tight timelines.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.Proven ability to problem-solve on-site and adapt to dynamic event environments.
