Executive Secretary

  • Manage and organize the executive’s daily schedule and appointments.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and official correspondence in both English and Arabic.
  • Arrange and coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing meeting minutes.
  • Handle emails, phone calls, and professional communication on behalf of management.
  • Maintain and organize confidential files and records (electronic and hard copies).
  • Coordinate between departments to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Assist with travel arrangements (flights, hotels, transportation) when required.
  • Welcome visitors and represent the company in a professional manner.
  • Perform any additional administrative tasks assigned by management.

Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Secretary or Senior Administrative Assistant.Excellent command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.Ability to prioritize, manage time effectively, and work under pressure.Professional appearance, strong interpersonal skills, and confidentiality.
