Key Job Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between top management and employees by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
- Handle employee relations and resolve workplace problems effectively.
- Manage the HR department and oversee human resources staff performance.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to develop employees’ technical and personal skills.
- Use HR metrics to analyze workforce data and improve labor productivity.
- Lead and manage the HR team.
- Prepare HR reports and submit them to top management.
- Ensure compliance with labor law and internal regulations.
- Oversee recruitment processes, including interviewing and selecting qualified candidates.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.7–10 years of experience in Human Resources.HR Diploma is required.Excellent command of English (spoken and written).Proficiency in HR software (SAP, Odoo, or equivalent).In-depth knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law and Social Insurance regulations.Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
