- Supervise multiple project managers and ensure consistent execution across sites
- Monitor progress, budgets, and timelines for all active projects
- Approve project plans, schedules, and resource allocations
Financial & Risk Management
- Oversee project budgets and financial performance
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Ensure profitability and cost control across the portfolio
Quality & Compliance
- Enforce quality assurance protocols and safety standards
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, permits, and environmental guidelines
- Conduct regular audits and performance reviews
Stakeholder Engagement
- Serve as the primary liaison with clients, consultants, and government authorities
- Present project updates to executive leadership and board members
- Resolve escalated issues and maintain high client satisfaction
Team Development
- Mentor and develop project managers and site leaders
- Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement
- Lead recruitment and succession planning for the projects department
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or Construction ManagementMinimum 15 years of experience in construction project management with at least 2 years of experience as Projects Manager/Projects DirectorExperience in a construction company is a mustExperience in large scale commercial/residential projects is a mustProficiency in project management tools (Primavera, MS Project, AutoCAD)Strong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
