  • Job Purpose:

 

  • Driving Growth through many activities (identifying growth opportunities, develop services and products, forming new partnerships and maintaining current partnerships, explore new markets). Setting appointments with partners to track and follow up the partnership performance.  Analyze market trends.

 

  • Responsibilities

Specific objectives and deliverables will be agreed as part of your annual Performance and Development Review (PDR) process, the points below are a summary of your main duties and responsibilities.

 

Job specific responsibilities:

 

  • Driving growth opportunities, maximizing and achieving revenue targets form aggregation services, identify and monetize new revenue stream.
  • Building and maintaining strategic relationships with current and prospective partnerships also establishing networks with external organizations or any stockholders in the ecosystem.
  • Lead and managing aggregation telecom services (airtime, bill payments, Cash services) and strategic relationships with telecom operators
  • Foster a collaborative environment to drive innovation and problem-solving also communicate and collaborate with internal teams to achieve and ensure company and the partnerships goals.
  • Manage, monitor, and follow day-to-day business transactions to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction, analyze operational bottlenecks to optimize performance.
  • Analyze transaction volumes, revenue trends and partner performance and deliver weekly/monthly revenue reports to highlight trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Analyze market trends and recommend corrective action, research for information about Market, Competitors and customer needs.
  • Perform regular visits to partners’ offices and meet them monthly.
  • Perform any duties required from direct manager to achieve management plan.
  • Provide required inputs for performance review meetings conducted monthly by head of department.

 5+ years of experience in business development (services aggregation, telecom aggregation background), and Ex. fintech.Excellent sales skills of technology products and services.Identify and drive revenue opportunitiesStrong understanding of partnership management principles and practicesExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders, and presentations a must.Analytical mindset, comfortable analyzing data and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in data analysis (Excel, Power BI).Time ManagementStrong negotiation and stakeholder management.
