- Design and implement Electrical Submersible Pump (ESP) systems tailored to client requirements and well conditions.
- Conduct technical evaluations and feasibility studies for ESP applications in various oilfield environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of ESP systems into existing operations.
- Provide on-site technical support during ESP installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities.
- Analyze well performance data to optimize ESP operations and recommend improvements.
- Prepare detailed technical documentation, including proposals, reports, and system specifications.
- Deliver technical presentations and training sessions to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies during all project phases.
- Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for ESP system reliability and efficiency.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and advancements in artificial lift and ESP systems.
Bachelor’s degree in petroleum engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in ESP applications or artificial lift systems within the oil and gas industry.Proven expertise in the design, installation, and troubleshooting of ESP systems.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret well data and optimize system performance.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with industry standards and safety protocols related to ESP operations.Proficiency in relevant engineering software and data analysis tools.Willingness to travel to field locations as required for on-site support.Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
