- Assist in payroll processing and ensure accuracy of salaries, overtime, deductions, and benefits.
- Maintain and update employee records (hiring, resignations, transfers, promotions, etc.).
- Follow up on attendance, absences, and leaves through biometric systems (ZKTeco).
- Support in preparing monthly social insurance and tax submissions.
- Handle employees’ personnel and payroll inquiries.
- Prepare periodic reports (attendance, headcount, payroll data, etc.).
- Provide support during audits and HR-related projects.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or any related field.2-4 years of experience in personnel & payroll (Jr. Level).Basic knowledge of Egyptian labor law, social insurance, and taxation.Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Odoo) is a plus.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
