Order Management: - Process online orders from the company’s website/platform.
- Coordinate order picking, packing, and dispatch with the warehouse team.
- Monitor daily order fulfillment KPIs (on-time dispatch, accuracy, returns).
- Courier & Last-Mile Management:
- Arrange timely handover of parcels to courier partners.
- Track shipments, resolve delivery issues, and escalate to courier if needed.
- Negotiate and maintain service levels with courier companies.
Customer Support (Logistics side): - Communicate with customers regarding order status, shipping updates, and delays.
- Handle return requests, exchanges, and refunds in line with company policy.
- Provide proactive solutions to improve customer delivery experience.
Systems & Reporting: - Update order status in ERP/e-commerce systems.
- Generate daily/weekly reports on fulfillment, delivery times, and courier performance.
- Work with IT/operations to optimize order flow automation.
Process Improvement: - Suggest improvements in packaging, delivery speed, and courier selection.
- Ensure alignment of logistics operations with overall customer experience goals.

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.2–5 years of experience in e-commerce logistics, order fulfillment, or last-mile operations.Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or similar).Experience working with courier companies in the region.Basic knowledge of ERP/WMS systems and order management tools.Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for tracking and reporting.
