HR Specialist

1-Recruitment Support

  • Draft and post job ads on recruitment platforms and social media.
  • Screen CVs and filter candidates based on job criteria.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update the recruitment tracker and candidate database.
  • Follow up with shortlisted candidates and communicate interview outcomes.

2-HR Administration

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records (physical & digital).
  • Support onboarding/offboarding processes: documentation, contracts, clearance.
  • Track employee attendance, absences, and leaves.
  • Assist in preparing monthly payroll inputs (especially for Sales team).
  • Follow up with the Sales team on daily/weekly attendance and commission inputs.
  • Coordinate with Finance to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.

4-Reporting & Documentation

  • Help generate monthly reports (headcount, turnover, leave balance, etc.).
  • Ensure all HR documents and trackers are organized and accessible.

5-Training & Development

  • Coordinate training sessions (scheduling, room setup, attendance tracking).
  • Follow up on training feedback and maintain training records.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field.0–2 years of experience in a similar HR support role.Excellent organizational and communication skills.Strong attention to detail.Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel).
