Key Responsibilities
• Assist in preparing, reviewing, and administering project contracts, subcontracts, and agreements.
• Support in evaluating contractors’ claims, variations, and change orders.
• Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with technical specifications, drawings, and contract terms.
• Assist with cost control, payment certificates, and progress reports.
• Maintain proper documentation of contracts, correspondence, and project records.
• Coordinate with site engineers, consultants, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution.
• Support risk analysis, procurement activities, and contract close-out procedures.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and project timelines.
Qualifications & Skills• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.• 2–4 years of experience in project/contract engineering• Basic knowledge of FIDIC or other standard contract conditions (preferred).• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.• Good communication and negotiation skills.• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and AutoCAD/Primavera (preferred).
