- Counseling staff on HR policies, practices, and procedures.
- Address employee conflicts and complete investigations as required.
- Administer employee discipline or corrective action when needed.
- Assess employee engagement and retention, and actively works to identify, analyze, and improve any problematic areas.

- Understanding and listening to various department managers to understand their staffing requirements.
- Handling Clients' Inquiries and requests.

6+ years of experience in HR (ER & Engagement and OD, Performance Management, Personnel, Payroll) functions.Fluent English language is a mustExperience in BPO and/or outsourcing industry is a plusAbility to lead a teamExcellent communication skills
