- Supervise and manage daily operations on the production line.
- Ensure production targets and quality standards are consistently achieved.
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching to drive results.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Implement and maintain workplace health & safety standards.
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Veterinary Medicine, or Science.5/6 years’ maximum experience in medical sales (wound management experience is a plus).Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic.Strong relationship-building and persuasive abilities.Strong relationship-building and persuasive abilities.Having a car is preferable.
