- Manage the after-sales service file & Team in order to enhance the product and service level in the market.
- Handle the fleet and customers complaints process of CVT & PLT and retail.
- Maintain communications with Continental Middle East regarding products’ complaints or development.
- Manage Complaints Handling process to assure customer’s compensation & secure defected product’s replacement.
- Review Scrap with end users to reach out the defects of products and address scrap analysis report to Continental Middle East for product development.
- Responsible for product performance Monitoring (PPMO) visits and reports, recommend enhancement process for increasing PPMO and the rank of tire in the market.
- Present periodical reports to Continental reflecting cont. Tyre performance Vs competitors for product development purpose.
- Advice Continental with sustainable required specs matching roads conditions & market needs.
- Provide end users with supportive reports regarding Tyre performance & scrap analysis to ensure minimizing driving cost.
- Ensure the activation of Fleet check tools & Echo system
- Deliver technical training and tire knowledge to Tyre Pro retail , sales staff and after sales service staff.
- Build & develop after Sales service department
- Conduct tire knowledge training to sales and retail employees.
- Manage communications of CME and CPA
- Support the sales team in selling and providing the required services & spare parts to ensure development in CPC
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Commerce or Business Administration.Proven experience in Tire industry, automotive, or related industries.Strong understanding of Tire knowledge and technicalities and business solutions.Excellent communication, negotiation, reporting and management skills.Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative solutions
