  • Identify and develop new B2B sales opportunities within target markets, focusing on electric control and mechanical application solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their technical needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to showcase engineering capabilities.
  • Collaborate with engineering and project teams to ensure customer requirements are accurately translated into deliverable solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
  • Prepare detailed sales proposals, quotations, and technical documentation for clients.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs within the designated territory.
  • Provide post-sales support and technical assistance to ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to represent the company and expand the company’s professional network.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field).1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the engineering or industrial sector.Strong technical understanding of electric control systems and mechanical applications.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Proven ability to manage multiple sales projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.Demonstrated negotiation and contract management skills.Proficiency in preparing technical proposals and delivering presentations.Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and strong problem-solving abilities.Willingness to travel locally and regionally as required.Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
