Sales Specialist

  • Identify and engage prospective clients through various channels including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct property tours and presentations to showcase available real estate offerings to potential buyers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored property solutions.
  • Negotiate sales agreements and close deals in alignment with company policies and client expectations.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and documentation to facilitate transactions.
  • Collaborate with marketing and administrative teams to ensure effective promotion of properties.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and local real estate regulations.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by management.
  • Provide after-sales support to clients, ensuring satisfaction and fostering repeat business.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions, leads, and sales activities using CRM systems.

1-2 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within the real estate sector.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.Strong negotiation and closing abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and objectives.Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Strong organizational and time management skills.Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if required.Professional appearance and demeanor.Fluency in Arabic and/or English is preferred.
