We are seeking Customer Service & Sales Agents with a strong Saudi accent to handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers, and promote company services. You will be responsible for:
- Engaging with customers and handling inquiries.
- Providing professional support and problem-solving.
- Promoting and upselling company products/services when needed.
- Managing customer cases through CRM systems.
- Ensuring an excellent customer experience with every interaction.
- Participating in training sessions to enhance your skills.
