Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the pharmacy shift, ensuring all staff adhere to professional standards and regulatory requirements.
- Identify opportunities to expand the pharmacy’s services and increase its impact, sharing ideas with management.
- Accurately and efficiently dispense medications in accordance with Egyptian regulations
- Advise patients on both prescription and over-the-counter medications
- Monitor drug interactions to ensure patient safety
- Oversee inventory management and ensure proper storage of medications
- Work closely with doctors, clinics, and local healthcare providers
- Contribute to enhancing the pharmacy’s clinical services (e.g., blood pressure monitoring, blood glucose monitoring)
- Offer ideas to expand the pharmacy’s services and increase its impact
