- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Lead the planning, execution, and documentation of internal audits, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring corrective actions are implemented effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including medical, engineering, and management to drive continuous quality improvement initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics, preparing detailed reports and presenting findings to senior management.
- Oversee the investigation and resolution of quality-related issues, ensuring root causes are identified and preventive measures are established.
- Train and mentor junior QA staff, fostering a culture of quality and professional development within the team.
- Review and approve documentation related to quality assurance, including SOPs, work instructions, and validation protocols.
- Ensure that all products and services meet established quality standards before delivery to clients or patients.
- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes to ensure ongoing compliance and operational excellence.
- Support external audits and inspections, coordinating with regulatory bodies and clients as required.
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy.3 to 5 years of proven experience in quality assurance, preferably within the healthcare or medical services sector.Strong understanding of quality management systems, regulatory standards, and industry best practices.Demonstrated ability to conduct audits, analyze data, and implement corrective and preventive actions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.Proficiency in quality assurance tools and software, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Experience in mentoring or supervising junior staff is an advantage.Ability to work onsite and commit to a full-time, long-term role.Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.
