Office Manager

  • Managing the CEO's and board members calendar, including arranging meetings, appointments, and other relevant events.
  • Coordinate between departments and the CEO.
  • Schedules and attends meetings (as assigned), writing minutes of meeting and follow up on the action plan. 
  • Receive and screen phone calls and direct them when appropriate.
  • Coordinate and complete all the events or any business travel or conferences, whether travel tickets, accommodation, clothing, etc.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Coordinating with other departments for activities and operations reports.
  • Responsible for cleaning and buffet staff.
  • Maintain good relationship with existing and new clients.
  • Any other tasks may assign due to business needs.
