- Lead and manage the design process, ensuring compliance with project scope, budget, and schedule.
- Oversee and coordinate with external consultants and multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality design solutions.
- Review, evaluate, and approve architectural and engineering drawings, ensuring alignment with project goals and regulatory requirements.
- Provide strategic input on design direction, material selection, sustainability, and value engineering.
- Act as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders, design teams, and external authorities.
- Ensure design deliverables are technically sound, buildable, and meet performance
- Monitor design risks and proactively resolve issues to maintain project progress.
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture .Minimum 5+ years of experience in architectural design and design management.Proven track record in managing large-scale, complex projects across various sectors (e.g., commercial, residential, mixed-use, Hospitality).Strong knowledge of international building codes, standards, and best practices.Proficiency in design and project management software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project).Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities under tight deadlines.
