Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.8 years of proven experience in HSE roles within engineering, construction, or infrastructure sectors.Comprehensive knowledge of local and international HSE regulations, standards, and best practices.Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct risk assessments and incident investigations.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective training and stakeholder engagement.Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HSE management systems and procedures.Experience in preparing HSE reports, audits, and compliance documentation.Proficiency in using HSE management software and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, office-based environment.Professional certifications in HSE (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) are highly desirable.
