Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Architect (Architecture Department) to join our award-winning team. This role is ideal for detail-oriented professionals with strong technical expertise in architectural packages. You will lead technical development for Architecture design projects across high-end residential, hospitality, and commercial typologies, ensuring full compliance with international standards and codes.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop detailed technical documentation including drawings, BIM/CAD models, specifications, and reports.
Manage in-house teams and coordinate with external consultants throughout project phases—from schematic design to construction documentation.
Mentor junior architects and enforce rigorous quality control.
Oversee administrative tasks such as data archiving and consultant scope reviews.
Assist the Project Manager with progress tracking, conflict resolution, and stakeholder negotiations.
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.3–10 years of experience.Proficiency in Arabic and English (oral and written).Advanced knowledge of MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.Familiarity with codes, standards, and material specifications for Architecture.Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.Fluent in Arabic and English.
