  • Required Tasks:
  • Detailed knowledge of projects and their specifications.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and increase the company's sales levels.
  • Develop and communicate with the customer base.
  • Inform customers of available projects and discuss terms of sale or lease.
  • Prepare contracts and paperwork required to complete the sale or lease.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding construction specifications, financing methods, maintenance and repair types, and evaluation.
  • Oversee the signing of real estate documents and disbursement of financing.
  • Visit competing projects and prepare periodic reports on them.
  • Participate in organizing sales promotion programs and materials in advertisements, newspapers, and promotional brochures for projects.
  • Verify customer financial and credit status to determine eligibility for financing by communicating with banks and financing companies.
