• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the pharmaceutical raw materials sector.
• Manage and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential clients.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and achieve sales targets.
• Present product offerings to clients, highlighting key features, benefits, and technical advantages.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients and suppliers to maximize profitability.
• Collaborate with logistics and regulatory teams to ensure timely and compliant delivery of products.
• Support clients in the product registration process with the Egyptian Drug Authority (EDA).
• Coordinate with international partners and suppliers to source high-quality raw materials.
• Track the entire sales process, maintain accurate records of sales activities, and provide regular performance reports.
• Handle client complaints or objections effectively and provide timely resolutions.
• Gather and share customer feedback, market insights, and competitor intelligence with internal teams.
• Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Medicine, Biology, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). 2–4 years of experience in sales, preferably within the pharmaceutical or raw materials industry.Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.Strong knowledge and understanding of pharmaceutical raw materials, ingredients, and supply chain processes.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset, able to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.Willingness to travel locally for client meetings, supplier visits, and industry events.Fluency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
