Security Mall Manager

  • Oversee all security operations within the mall, ensuring the safety of tenants, visitors, and property.
  • Develop, implement, and regularly update comprehensive security policies and procedures.
  • Lead, train, and supervise the security team, ensuring high performance and adherence to company standards.
  • Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services to ensure effective incident response.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and security audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements.
  • Manage the installation, maintenance, and monitoring of security systems such as CCTV, alarms, and access controls.
  • Prepare and manage the security budget, including resource allocation and procurement of security equipment.
  • Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, and breaches, conducting thorough investigations and reporting findings.
  • Collaborate with mall management and tenants to address security concerns and promote a culture of safety.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legal, regulatory, and company requirements related to security and safety.

Minimum of 7 years of experience in security management, preferably within a retail, commercial, or property management environment.Proven experience in leading and managing security teams in a fast-paced setting.Strong knowledge of security systems, protocols, and best practices.Excellent crisis management and problem-solving skills.Ability to develop and implement effective security policies and procedures.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with stakeholders at all levels.Experience in conducting risk assessments and security audits.Demonstrated ability to work on-site and manage operations during peak hours and emergencies.Strong organizational and leadership abilities.Familiarity with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
