WHAT WILL BE YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

  • Support the cluster lead in business partnering with Nutrition and Home care leaders (Directors, Category Managers and Brand Managers) in the region
  • Represent the voice of the consumer in all decision making in the business
  • Lead category, brand, market reviews to drive short term and long opportunities for the Nutrition & Home care business
  • Deliver significant Markets & Portfolio led growth insights on the top innovation projects and key country/category cells in countries.
  • Monitor, analyze and course correction of innovation and communication projects
  • Ensure that market/consumer knowledge is shared, understood and acted upon within the team
  • Manage day-to-day operations for the marketing research work for Nutrition & Home care category in the business units.
  • Understand the full range of CMI tools and protocols to drive rigour and capability throughout the category
  • Provide a robust performance tracking tool, and analysis for the regional category performance and present findings in key monthly / quarterly forums.
  • The candidate is expected to classify and develop research projects based on Unilever guidelines. He / she will create briefs MR agencies/ Center of Excellence who will run the project, he/she will ensure to provide the category expertise and input. Nutrition & Home care CMI is expected to debrief of results to business partners to drive insights into action.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

Experiences & Qualifications

  • 7+ years of CMI/market research experience
  • Data savvy – leverage and understand multiple sets of data to craft a compelling story
  • Experience in continuous research, retail audits and household panel is key
  • Communicates powerfully and regularly internally and externally
  • Good understanding of trends
  • Excellent knowledge of new and agile market research tools
  • Interest in human behavior / psychology and neuroscience
  • Key stakeholders’ management
  • Able to lead big projects
  • Good analytical skills
  • Leadership skills and potential to grow as a leader
  • Demonstrable track record of outstanding partnership with business partners and stakeholders, communication, OTIF delivery, strong point of view, identification of growth opportunities
