Kavalry is built for market takeovers, not desk jobs. As our Business Development Manager, you’ll be the tip of the spear — driving growth, forging alliances, and expanding Kavalry’s footprint.

You won’t just hunt leads; you’ll secure territory, build lasting client relationships, and open doors that others don’t even see.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across target sectors.
  2. Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships — you’re the trusted point of contact.
  3. Develop proposals, pitch decks, and presentations that hit with precision.
  4. Work with Creative, Intel, and Ops divisions to align client needs with Kavalry’s arsenal of services.
  5. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry shifts to stay ahead of the curve.
  6. Meet and exceed revenue targets and growth objectives.

 

Requirements

  1. 6+ years of proven experience in business development, sales, or client-facing roles (agency or related industry preferred).
  2. Sharp communication and negotiation skills — you know when to push, when to pull, and when to close.
  3. Strong presentation and pitching abilities; you can command a room and win buy-in fast.
  4. Solid understanding of marketing, advertising, and digital strategy.
  5. Self-starter mentality: disciplined, proactive, and relentless in pursuit of opportunities.
  6. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus but not required).
